Hixson Elementary School has an outstanding and experienced teaching and support staff vigorously working toward providing a learning environment that meets the needs of all students in a safe and positive climate where children can grow and learn. Our staff looks forward to working with each student and home in our Hixson family.

Hixson Elementary is a Hamilton County School serving children in grades K-5. Our enrollment is approximately 500 children. Our mascot is the Wildcat, and our school colors are gold and black.
